The Samling is set in it's own sprawling 67 acre estate and is like no place that you have ever stayed previously.The Samling is a hotel in the country but is clearly not a country house hotel. You won't find any of that snooty nostalgic stuff. On the contrary, you will enjoy friendly unobtrusive service and discover the fruits of the thoughtful kitchen. Taking breakfast at The Samling is generally agreed to be preferable in your bed and a many splendoured meal it is. There is no other hotel like the Samling.
